Day 1
What I thought of today for the thankfulness challenge, is this place. We needed new batteries for the motor home, also a few light bulbs. We had called around to some of the big RV places, they wanted like $120 EACH for the batteries, and $10 EACH per light bulb. We found this little hole in the wall RV parts place in Portland, OR where they charged us $90 per battery and $10 for 16 light bulbs. I am thankful for the small businesses in our local communities and the great customer service they provide. Insert another shout out to my amazing God, to him goes all the glory and praise!
I love fall. In Washington, we don’t get as much of the color change that goes on in other places. I loved looking at the mountains covered with different colored trees. Reminds me of scarves
Justus wanted to listen to music like the girls so he had the hands free mount and was walking around acting like it was his phone.
Going from Oregon to California, there is now border patrol. I was shocked, a bit scared that the apples we had would be confiscated… then confused that all they did was smile & wave as we drove through it. Huh. No dea.
Justus sure does love to cuddle!
Went to Wal*Mart to get a few items, and this one has a nail salon! Crazy!
Stopped in Sacramento to visit some family. SURPRISE!! Was great to see you guys, hope you’re feeling better soon, love ya!
