Instead of paying $20 to park in a lot right around the Alamo (we'd take up two spots), we found metered parking a couple of blocks away. We paid $1.50 to park all day and got a brisk walk in, enjoying the sunshine.
We did The Alamo & it's grounds as well as the river walk. We walked back from the river walk through the city and saw some beautiful buildings!
Don't know what it is, but we were SOOO tired. We found a Walmart around 630p and hunkered down for the night. Early to bed....
Headed to Carlsbad, NM tomorrow!
