Day 33
We arrived home around 3pm on day 33. We drove all the way, straight through from the Four Corners Monument to home. We went through Colorado, Utah, the corner of Idaho, Oregon, and into Washington and home. We booked it!
We were rushing to get home as we were trying to beat the snow on the passes that we knew we had to go over, and we did! It was so close on a couple of them too! Like we were looking at hour by hour weather forcast, "it's going to snow 2 hours away in 3 hours, we have to keep going!!", and so we did.
I am so grateful for the opportunity that was given to us by our friends in Portland, Richard and Marlene, in letting us use their motorhome for our trip. We could not/would not have been able to make it without their generosity.

Day 32
We did the Four Corners National Monument this morning. We actually tried to do it last night but it closed at 5pm and in we rolled at 5:04pm. We spent the night in Cortez, CO as it had the closest Wal*mart to four corners.
We're homeward bound!!
We're homeward bound!!
Day 31
We went to Aztec, NM to see the ancient Aztec Ruins National Monument.
On our way to Four Corners Monument we fell upon an outdoor flea market in Navajo country where my dreams of fresh Indian fried bread and cheap Indian pottery came true.
